Cheat's ice cream
This photo was taken approximately 30 seconds after serving the ice cream....one very clean bowl!
- 1 large pot of double cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- crunchies, maltesers or other chocolate of your choice
Whip the cream with an electric whisk until thick, then stir in 2/3 of the tin of condensed milk, followed by whatever chocolate you are using, crushed up into bite size pieces.
Put in the freezer.
Wait...
EAT!
No need to stir while it's freezing - it will become magnificently creamy all on its own.
